If your baby falls asleep in the Calmi R129, then let it sleep! No matter what you plan to do – sleep is assured. If you are traveling by car, you simply click the car carrycot, sideways to the direction of travel, on the base station i-Base Encore (sold separately) in your car and off you go. With the cuddly and soft newborn inlay, even the very youngest lie safely in the Calmi R129 on every car trip. You can tighten the 3-point belt that secures your baby with a flick of the wrist and everything sits as it should.
Just as easily as you click it onto the base station, you can also put the Calmi R129 from the car onto the Joie Signature Aeria or Finiti stroller (sold separately). No matter how, you don’t have to wake your child. And with its 3.6 kg, the CalmiR129 also makes it so easy for you to switch plugs! Your newborn can sleep on the 180 degree flat and super soft mattress of the Calmi R129 and enjoy full comfort. The fact that your baby lies flat makes sleep safer because it can breathe optimally. It also supports the healthy development of the spine.
Once placed on the Joie Signature Aeria or Finiti stroller, your baby enjoys full comfort: the lying surface of the carrycot is fully lined and gives your baby the feeling of security it needs. The large, water-repellent canopy with UV protection 50+ protects against sun, wind and rain and the integrated ventilation creates the optimal sleeping climate. In the storage compartments on the outside and inside of the baby bath, you can store smaller things like pacifiers, cream or handkerchiefs that you need for everyday life with the baby.
The Calmi R129 baby carrycot is part of the Encore Spinning System – a modular car seat system. The i-Base Encore base station, which can be rotated 360 degrees, offers you a total of 3 possible uses: the Calmi R129* carrycot, the Joie Signature i-Level Recline baby seat and the Joie Signature i-Harbour reboard seat are easy to attach and interchangeable. With the Calmi R129 baby bath, however, you have maximum flexibility: it is not only part of the Encore Spinning System. The baby carrycot also fits on the i-Base LX 2 base station and makes the i-Quest system perfect with the i-Quest follow-on seat!
