The Kidfix i-Size has been equipped with many additional technologies designed to give your child even more protection: XP-PAD and SecureGuard technology protects your offspring in the event of a frontal impact. The newly developed SICT provides additional side impact protection. The carefully placed ventilation holes improve air circulation, so your child is guaranteed to feel comfortable.

The soft, padded fabric covers ensure that your child is always comfortable, even on long car rides. To quickly clean up little mishaps, like a spilled drink, you can remove the cover at any time and machine wash it.
The slim design of the Kidfix i-Size also allows the installation of up to three seats in the back seat – so you can always go on trips with child and cone! Convenient markings help the also adjust the headrest to the correct height every time.

To protect your child’s delicate neck area, Britax Römer has developed a shock-absorbing foam cushion – the XP-PAD. It prevents your child’s chin from hitting the rib cage, reducing the forces acting on it in a crash by up to 30%*. This reduces forward head movement and protects the neck.

SecureGuard
The SecureGuard helps to provide extra protection for your child’s sensitive abdominal area – thanks to an additional 4th attachment point of the adult 3-point car seat belt. Through the optimal positioning of the lap belt, the SecureGuard reduces the forces acting in a frontal impact by up to 35%* while giving your offspring sufficient freedom of movement during the ride.

with harness and ISOFIX attachment
To ensure optimal support, the Kidfix i-Size should be installed in your vehicle with the vehicle’s 3-point harness and ISOFIX anchor points! Otherwise, however, it is of course also possible to use only the vehicle belt for the attachment. The belt guides on the car seat help you to install the child seat correctly.
