The Evoluna i-Size 2 and its predecessor, the Evoluna i-Size, are the only i-size infant carriers on the market worldwide that offer a reclining function outside and inside the car for maximum safety and comfort. With this omni-recliner function you define a new category of baby carriers, setting new safety standards worldwide.
The predecessor model convinced in the children’s seat test of Stiftung Warentest and ADAC in June 2016 test. Among the 26 child seats tested, the infant carrier was the only one rated „very good“ (1.5). The Evoluna i-Size 2 complies with the latest and stricter ECE-R129 (i-Size) standard, which in addition to the front and rear impact as well as rollover situations also intensively tests the side impact. The optimized side impact protection and the one-click attachment with the Kiddy Isofix Base 2 not only make the baby seat safe, but also very user-friendly.
It is very generously dimensioned and offers a comfortable alternative to the carrycot for pushchairs thanks to the flat reclining position as well as the individual size adjustment.

Maximum side impact protection
The extra energy-absorbing layer inside the infant carrier as well as the additionally fixed components on the outer sides consisting of EPO (expanded polyolefin) ensure maximum side impact protection. Together with the side attachable protective components on the carrying handle, the bowl absorbs the collision forces in a side impact, before they reach the sensitive body parts of the baby.

The Evoluna i-Size 2 adapts individually to the size of the child thanks to the various insoles and the 5-way adjustable harness system. It is very generously dimensioned and therefore perfectly suitable for larger babies.

Unique reclining function worldwide for maximum safety and comfort
The Evoluna i-Size 2 and its predecessor, the Evoluna i-Size, are the only i-size baby carriers on the market worldwide that offer a reclining function in the car and outside. Kiddy’s tested and patented reclining feature is designed to meet the needs of newborns and premature babies.
Since her neck muscles are not yet fully developed, the head can easily tilt forward during sleep, which can lead to respiratory problems and to a lower oxygen saturation in the blood. This can be prevented by the lowest possible lying angle. The Evoluna i-Size 2 and the Evoluna i-Size offer this reclining function as the only baby carrier also in the car *. By moving the carrying handle, a slatted frame moves upwards inside the infant carrier, which brings the baby into a flat lying position.
The slatted frame also absorbs shocks in the event of an accident as well as on uneven roads, thereby protecting the sensitive spine of the baby.
The flat reclining position is recommended by midwives and paediatricians, especially on longer trips, as this ergonomic position is back-friendly and healthier for the development of the baby’s spine.
